Nasal osteotomy.

Because my nose was rasped down.. After removal, I saw that the nasal roof had opened and the bridge became flat. So just that part of the nasal bridge looks wide.. It also looks that way more because there are humps on both sides of exactly that area. Should I do an osteotomy.. shave down and move inward the humps on the sides of the nasal bridge that were already there.. and bring together the bridge that was rasped down.. Or should I just... slightly shave the open-roof area from the rasping into a gentle curve... Really.. I go back and forth tens of thousands of times a day. If I do an osteotomy.. Plastic surgeons say.. since they would osteotomize only exactly that area... only the complex would disappear and my overall impression would not change much... But I’m also afraid that if I unnecessarily cut the bone, I could end up stuck with no way forward or back.. On the other hand, I also think a slightly more refined look might actually be okay.. If, after removal, I only slightly shave down the bone in the rasped area.. I’m worried the nose may become lower overall and look spread out... But... since it would just be slight shaving, it’s a relatively simple surgery... so that’s also appealing.. Ugh~~ I’m going crazy. These days my mind is leaning toward osteotomy again... They said if I don’t do anything else.. and only do the osteotomy, the surgery would be over in about 15 minutes. Would swelling or bruising after surgery be a bit better then.. It’s a matter where my life depends on 15 minutes.. Please give me some advice. If I do an osteotomy... Will the nostril wings also be brought in.. and will the nostril shape change slightly too? Since the bones come together, I wonder if there will inevitably be some deformation.. It’s good if the nostril wings come in. But I don’t want my nostrils to change..
