Before I had nose surgery, my nostrils showed slightly (it wasn’t severe), and I had a short, small nose. The nose surgery method was nasal bridge and tip, septal cartilage, and upturned nose correction. Is there anyone who has removed theirs or is planning removal? After surgery, my columella came down a lot. Originally, I didn’t have a nose with a descended columella.. I think I’ll remove it without cartilage repositioning (I’m going to take everything out). If anyone has experience, please leave me a message.. The more I think about it, it feels like I turned a perfectly fine nose into a disabled nose,., I can’t even touch it, can’t even properly pick my nose, it’s hard, oh my..
