7 years ago, my nasal bridge was too low, so I had my first surgery. Back then, since it was my first surgery, I only wanted it to look natural, but as time passed, my nasal tip started to look too low, and from the front my nose looked too broad and flat, so it bothered me. I wanted to avoid factory-style clinics, and I wanted to meet a director who provided good aftercare and gave thorough consultations. So while searching through apps, cafes, and so on, I found Lowell Plastic Surgery. When I made a consultation appointment and went in, Director Kim Jae-yoon explained everything kindly and thoroughly during the consultation, and there really were no additional costs; the app event price was exactly as listed. Also, when I showed the director photos of the style I wanted, he did not just say it was definitely possible. He said that because my skin does not stretch well, it might be difficult, but that he would try to match it as much as possible, which actually made me trust him more! I also liked that it would be fixed in 4 layers. I had been stressed because my nasal tip was too low, but I like the line from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, and I am very satisfied that the broad, flat appearance from the front has improved a lot. During my first rhinoplasty, the swelling and bruising were really severe, but at Lowell, they gave me swelling injections and also did swelling laser treatments, so people around me were surprised and asked how my recovery could be this fast haha. And honestly, since it was autologous costal cartilage, I was very scared and worried that recovery would be slow and the pain would be severe, but it was only a bit uncomfortable until day 3, and after that it was okay! I was worried about the scar from the autologous costal cartilage harvest, but they said they would manage it with scar laser + injections starting one month later, so it was truly a clinic I could trust. I had my rhinoplasty at Lowell Plastic Surgery and have been living satisfied with it~
