This is my first time consulting about autologous costal cartilage, and I’m looking for places that are good at creating a straight-to-curved line, excluding places that always recommend alar base reduction and places that raise the columella so high it feels like it’ll be cut all the way up I’ve used donated costal cartilage before, but a step-off developed. I regret doing it without an implant, so I want to put in silicone. How are Lowell and Last? I’m also curious about the estimates from people here who have had consultations.
