It has been 10 days since my PRP full fat grafting. Before that, I was often told my face was small. Now the bruising seems to have almost gone away, but my cheeks look broad and saggy, like I have drooping cheeks ㅠㅠ Could this just be swelling? But I keep thinking it doesn’t seem like swelling. I took a photo right after coming out of the operating room, and even then my face looked broad, like I had two candies in my mouth. Like sagging cheek fat.. From the first day until now, day 10, all the other areas were swollen and bruised and then became natural again, but the cheek area hasn’t changed at all. My jawline at least used to be slim, but after the fat grafting my face got bigger and I look like a pig. What could these sagging cheeks be? Could it be swelling? Or did they actually put the fat there? ㅠㅠ Since it was done with PRP, I’m scared it might take root ㅠㅠ If it’s swelling from the fat grafting, when does it usually go down? ㅠㅠㅠ sob sob
