On top of that, my nose had both a hump and a bulbous tip, so I had all kinds of nicknames I hated hearing.. things like rhinoceros, and I even had a friend mock me saying my hooked nose could work as a slide. Thinking about it now, it wasn’t something to laugh about, but I think I just laughed it off.. I’d heard that a nose with both a hump and a bulbous tip is difficult to operate on, so I remember looking into clinics more diligently than anyoneㅋㅋㅋ I saw reviews saying this clinic was good at improving noses like mine, so I booked a consultation right away and went. Director Cha Myeong-gyu’s consultation style was really warm, and I liked that if there was anything I didn’t know, he looked at each thing carefully in detail. Of course the surgical result is important, but I also think it’s important that they look at things in this much detail, so it was a consultation I was satisfied with in many ways. After thinking it over, I ended up getting it done there~ I didn’t know this, but my nose is also on the short side, so I corrected my short nose together with the hooked and bulbous nose! I’d heard that the material is important in rhinoplasty too, so I talked a lot with the director about what would be good, and I had surgery using donated costal cartilage! There are probably pros and cons, but they said donated costal cartilage causes less pain, and the surgery time and recovery are faster too~ These days I keep smiling to myself when I look in the mirrorㅋㅋ The line of my nasal bridge and the tip of my nose have become much more defined, and the hooked nose and bulbous tip disappeared as if they had never been there. The slim, high nasal bridge looks sharp enough to cut~~ It feels like they reflected exactly the look I wanted when doing the surgery, so I’m really satisfied with the result. I get the fee~ling that as time passes, it’ll settle even more naturally~ The swelling has gone down a lot compared with right after surgery, and people around me say the rhinoplasty turned out well, so it feels like I received all my luck and happiness this year from that clinic.
