Including today, I’ve visited a total of 7 places. Of those, 2 said I don’t necessarily need donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, and that my septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough to get the shape I want. The other 5 said my septal cartilage is smaller than average, so I’d need donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. At the last place, ㅋㄷ (not ㅗㅣ, but ㅗㅡ), they said that to create the shape I want, they’d need about 3 cm of material, but my septal cartilage is around 2 cm, so I’d probably need rib cartilage. Overall, both the director and the consultant were the most sharp, efficient, and thorough, so I liked this place the most, but since the opinions on materials are split, I’m torn. If it were you, would you use rib cartilage, or just do it with septal cartilage and ear cartilage?? Or get another consultation..?
