I originally thought about a transaxillary incision, but I heard recovery takes a while and it can strain the use of your arms, so I said I was considering an inframammary incision. I didn’t consult with Director Kim, but with Director Park. He seemed very knowledgeable about breast surgery, and above all, he seemed attentive about scars, so I thought it would be okay. After going here, I also went to other clinics, but WooA felt better in terms of dermatology collaboration and postoperative care, so I decided to do it there. Since I didn’t have much money, I worried a lot about whether I could really do it right up until the surgery. Even after surgery, I was out of it and distressed until about two weeks afterward. I spent all day looking up reviews. Maybe time is the cure, but once the upper-pole bulging and swelling went down, it got a bit better. And I think there are many people who are concerned about inframammary incision scars. I was worried about scars too, so even after surgery, I applied ointment diligently, and took photos to record whether it changed or not. Like in the photos, it gradually faded. These are, in order, 3 months, 5 months, and 6 months, and it improves even more if you get scar laser treatment. I don’t think it will be very visible unless you’re lying down or seen from below.
