Nose Re-Surgery

I had cartilage particle grafting, but it’s asymmetric and crooked. Can it be corrected?

After implant removal, I got autologous dermis. Since my nose was very low, dermis was the wrong choice. The adhered dermis became bumpy, and my nasal tip became completely low. I really couldn’t live with it. I really didn’t want to open it up again, and I wasn’t hoping for a dramatic change either. Since it was a tertiary revision, everyone’s prices were high to begin with, so I was debating, then I found out about cartilage particle grafting. The doctor was also so good, so I trusted them and got it done. Only to raise the nasal tip. There was no way to fix the bumpy nasal bridge except through open surgery. But the nasal tip did go up a little, and although my nasal tip used to fall straight down and look weak, it did feel somewhat rounded with some volume. But a problem has happened. Ha.. I’m so upset. Maybe too much diced ear cartilage went into only one side.. The two sides are different (if you look closely, the central axis is shifted to the left side in the photo, and the left side is a bit higher), and from the front, it’s crooked too. What should I do about this? Is there any method? I’m going to the hospital tomorrow, and I’m worried they’ll just say there’s nothing that can be done.. Do I have to live while pretending not to see it..
