1 year ago, I had implant-free rhinoplasty on my nasal tip with ear cartilage + cartilage binding. My nose was on the smaller and lower side, with a slight hump, so they said they would shave the hump a little and slightly pinch the tip without an implant. The surgical result was... ha... Honestly, if you only look at the nose, it’s not ugly, you know? But the overall balance was thrown off, and my face became unattractive.. So now, after 1 year, I just had it removed. Right now it’s still very swollen, but it’s 50,000% better... I can see my old face Ha.,.. I should have removed it sooner. I guess people with wide faces from the side and small noses shouldn’t get rhinoplasty.
