Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My nose revision surgery failed, so I’m doing it again.. ㅌㅋㄹㅅ

When I was 20, I didn’t know much and got a nose surgery that wouldn’t look obvious. 13 years passed, and because my nasal tip had drooped and I wanted a more dramatic look, I spent several days going around for consultations and decided on ㅌㅋㄹㅅ. I really liked the other reviews too, and the design was pretty.. I proceeded with revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. But huh? When I went in for a postoperative progress check, my nose was bent to the right lol. But before the autologous costal cartilage revision surgery, there was not even one warning that it could bend. They only said autologous costal cartilage would be more dramatic than donated rib cartilage and that I wouldn’t need to do it again. Of course, the cost was higher too. And then, when they saw the crooked nose at the follow-up, what they said was that Pungja also had nose surgery 5 times and it bent, so she did it again..ㅡㅡ What does that have to do with me.. And I live outside Seoul, so going back and forth, using monthly leave, and transportation costs (it’s far, so I use a plane every time I come) were not cheap either, but when I get the revision surgery, they told me to pay the anesthesia fee myself lol And fundamentally, the columella is crooked (warping), but they said there is also a simple way to proceed, and explained a surgical method where the crooked pillar is left as is and only the nasal tip is made to look straight from the front. (If you look from below, it is still crooked.) What on earth is the intention behind explaining this surgical method..? Isn’t it normal to correct the crooked pillar? What’s the point if it looks straight to other people? I can see that it’s crooked every time I look in the mirror? The autologous rib scar on my body will last for life.. My nose was crooked, so I kept wearing a mask and lived like that for almost two and a half months, and every time I look in the mirror it bothers me. Fear that others will see it, depression, everything.... How are they going to compensate me for this...? Far from compensation, did the hospital contact me first for care or follow-up? Absolutely not, until I did it first.. lol I decided to do the re-revision with donated rib cartilage, but honestly, I’m so scared it’ll fail again. There is absolutely no attitude of reassuring me or anything like that. Even a refund or some service wouldn’t be enough, but they’re telling me to pay the anesthesia fee .. Everyone, absolutely don’t go to ㅌㅋ. The warning about side effects, the response, the hospital’s attitude toward patients,. everything is the worst.
