Facial Surgery Reviews@face-review

Day 23 after cheekbone surgery, both sides have evened out.

I posted photos before, around day 13, right? After that, the swelling on the right side went down rapidly... But the left side felt even more swollen, should I say? (On day 14, only the left side was severely puffed up, so I was really nervous, thinking it might be inflammation....* The evening before, I ordered and ate jjimdak with my younger sibling. I think it was because I used my jaw quite a lot -0-) Maybe because of that, the next day I had the worst swelling since surgery ((only on one side ㅠㅠ)), my cheekbone looked even more prominent, and it felt like the asymmetry had gotten worse ((I was so anxious, worrying it would stay this asymmetrical even after all the swelling went down ㅠ.ㅠ)) But starting two days ago, the left side slowly began going down too, and now it is almost similar to the right side. Of course, the cheekbones have also nearly become symmetrical. ^^ It feels like a ten-year-old heaviness in my chest has completely~~~~~~ gone down, I feel so relieved *^_________________^* I am finally starting to understand what people meant when they said swelling needs to be watched for even 2-3 months. Hehe The unnatural look when smiling because my cheeks were bulging from the paranasal augmentation and front chin has also become natural enough that people do not notice anymore. ((The cheeks that used to bulge like a hamster with candy in its mouth and sag downward are slowly lifting too, so a slight V-line is showing lol)) I just... I am so happy. I had the surgery secretly, so there is nowhere else I can talk about it. ^^;; For others too, please do not be too upset because of swelling after surgery. Like me, it can suddenly settle within 1-2 days, so try waiting patiently^^ Right now, the paranasal area is also different on each side. The right side is so completely soft that I cannot even feel it when I touch it, like my own flesh, while the left side does not hurt, but I can feel a firm bulge and there is a bit more swelling. But when I look in the mirror, both sides look the same, which is almost amazing?? ㅡ.ㅡaa There is no foreign-body sensation at the chin tip. But as expected~ the hardness still bothers me, and when I wash my face and wipe roughly with a towel, there is still a slight tingling/numb feeling. I wish time would pass quickly and 3 months, 6 months would go by in a flash
