I had a hump nose surgery in 2007 where they removed the hump and lifted the tip by tying it up (no cartilage used), but now the tip has dropped a lot, so my nose looks too long ㅜㅜ and older. So I’m only considering tip revision, but I went to a different hospital from the one I used last time for consultation, and they said to lift the tip again and place a very~ thin layer of silicone on the bridge. But my skin is extremely thin, so I can even feel the part where they shaved the hump. That’s why I don’t want silicone, but they said it’s necessary for a pretty nose shape because if it lifts too much the upper part may look indented (?).. But if I do it again, the cost is one thing, and I’m only trying to do the tip, so please tell me what you all think I should do~~ㅜㅜ And if you know the cost for tip revision only, I’d appreciate it!! Also, any famous places..?ㅋㅋ I’m curious which nose surgery hospitals are the current trend.ㅋㅋ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
