It's been about 1 year and 3 months since I had nose surgery using septal cartilage. After the nose surgery, people told me my impression looked fierce, my nose was too high, why on earth did I get nose surgery?? that it looked really strange, and I even heard that I looked like a transgender person?? (I absolutely don't mean that in a derogatory way, sorry ㅠㅠ) I got nose surgery because I wanted to become prettier, but hearing that I looked like a witch made me so upset and depressed, and every single day was really so hard. So I wondered, should I lower the nasal bridge?? I went to the hospital where I had the nose surgery, got a consultation, and had the silicone in the nasal bridge removed. I left the nasal tip as it was. But after removing the nasal bridge, the nasal tip looked even more droopy and like a witch nose. When I take photos, it really looks like a hooked nose... Now I hear people say my nose looks witch-like ㅠㅠ The nasal tip is also very hard and uncomfortable... I only know that my nose was raised with septal cartilage, and I don't really know about things like a support strut?? cartilage suturing and stuff ㅠㅠ If I remove the nasal tip, will it go back to the way it was, and will I be able to pick and touch my nose freely like before?? And if I remove the nasal tip, do I have to have my nose packed again and sleep sitting up?? That is so painful ㅠㅠ I don't even know if the hospital where I had the nose surgery will remove it for me... If you know a hospital that is good at removal, please let me know. And what does it mean when people say contracture can happen?? Please explain in detail. Please, I'm begging you ㅠㅠ
