First, there was a bit of a wait. The consultant explained things in great detail for a long time and was friendly. One slightly disappointing point was that there was no pressure at all to have surgery or make a reservation, but there was pressure about the options..? It had a bit of a feeling like, if you're going to reduce the nostril wings, you absolutely have to do this. (For reference, this place has surgical options I haven't seen at other hospitals, like lifting the nasal alar wings.) The director seemed to come in right after surgery, and instead of only looking at my nose, he analyzed my whole face. If you ask, he answers in detail, but he hardly explains things first..() He has pride in his work and is humorous. He said they proceed while checking your own nose in the middle of surgery, and since every person's nose is different and it would be meaningless, he did not show before-and-after photos at all. He said they also check the millimeters by reducing little by little during surgery (I liked this part). I do think I'll have surgery here, but one notable feature is that the price difference is almost 2 to 3 times higher.
