I made a reservation and went, but I waited for an incredibly long time. Even someone who arrived before me asked when on earth they would get their consultation. While waiting, I found myself looking at the staff members' faces and expressions without realizing it. First, everyone seemed extremely hectic.. I went for a nose consultation, but they came over twice to ask whether I was there for an eye consultation. The consultant greeted the patient with a really bright expression, but once she checked that the person had finished and left, her facial expression looked exhausted. She could not manage her expression ㅡㅡ The doctor accurately pointed out the key points well. Maybe because he was busy, he spoke quickly. Still, he was not unfriendly or anything like that at all. He pointed out only the essentials clearly. After the consultation, what came to mind was that they looked so busy and hectic that I suddenly wondered, can I really receive surgery here safely?? That thought made me anxious.
