I went after making a reservation, and there were 2-3 people waiting ahead of me. Everyone went in, and new people kept coming and going in, but I was the only one not going in and not being called, so I waited. After over an hour, I asked, but they only said people go in order. Who doesn't know that? It was absurd because there were only a few people ahead of me, and dozens of new people had gone in:: After waiting 2 hours, I finally had a consultation with the manager and went in. They talked about this and that, so I only paid for what I wanted and left. If I did something recommended by a manager who isn't even a doctor and something went wrong, what would they do? My trust dropped a lot:: Even inside, I waited for over an hour. Is this a clinic mainly for people getting plastic surgery? They were so unfriendly that I wondered whether they don't consider procedure patients important.. They applied the anesthetic drawing on my face, and with no space, I sat on a narrow sofa with it applied, waiting while everyone could stare at me. They didn't even check my face condition while I was sitting; I just lay down and got the procedure right away. Done. Getting just one Liftera treatment only takes a few minutes, but it took over 3 and a half hours.. I had a reservation at 12 and came out almost at 4. I will never go again.
