First of all, I booked with Director Cho Yong-jin at Top Tier The places I looked into were 1. Objet - Lee Kyung-mook (when I went, he looked really tired. Just like the reviews said, he was really honest and pinpointed only exactly what was needed! It felt like he had a bit of pride in his surgery! Since he is already very famous for noses, I'll skip other explanations. Especially male noses? He seemed good at them) 2. Top Tier - Cho Yong-jin (at other places, all the explanations were the same, but here they explained from the structure to the appearance and the reason why my eye lines became uneven, so I felt trust. I often saw people say the consultation manager was unfriendly, but that was not the case) 3. Respect - Gong Jung-sik (I made a PPT of my requests and brought it, but they didn't look at it ㅠㅠ But I liked the nose line because it was naturally glamorous, so honestly I thought about this place too for a bit.. This place is also on the expensive side. Maybe even more so because it's a private clinic, so in the end I gave up lol..) 4. Marc - Lee Jae-jun (they show you a 3D simulation of the post-surgery look. I really liked that part, but it came out a bit unnatural. I did see in reviews that the actual result is better than the 3D I heard a lot of famous influencers had it done there too, and I know the director is famous for nose surgery, but the price was reasonable, so at the end I debated a lot between Top Tier and Marc ㅠㅠ The consultation manager and director generally felt kind. Oh, and the hospital waiting room is also divided with partitions, so it feels cozy lol) 5. Top Face - Chun Jung-hyun (I wanted a naturally glamorous image for my short nose, so other places all said I definitely needed to use costal cartilage, but here, as soon as I arrived, they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be okay, so I was a bit flustered.. Still, from the reviews, it looked like they draw out naturally glamorous lines well, and the director was very kind. But he did seem a bit busy.) That's it. I had booked lots of other places too, but after going around to three places a day, by the time I went to Top Tier it was my second day, so I was really exhausted. Also, all the reviews only said it was insanely expensive, so I had gone just intending to get a consultation, but I liked the reviews on Babitalk so much that I impulsively booked right away.. (But I'm worried because the premium reputation isn't that good and there are a lot of private posts..) Oh, and they said I needed osteotomy, which other hospitals hadn't mentioned, so I was slightly ? flustered.. They mainly recommend costal cartilage. They said donor or autologous did not matter. And my assigned consultation manager said she had surgery here, and her nose line was naturally glamorous and pretty. Good
