They told me to come in if my nose turns red. But I got a pimple right in the very center of my nasal tipㅠㅠㅠ Could this be an emergency?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m 7 weeks post-op now, but there’s still swelling, and it was implant-free autologous costal cartilage
