Among the clinics I went to for consultations, this one gave the lowest estimate. No event discounts or other discounts. No consultation fee. No pressure to make a reservation. I liked that these conditions were clean and straightforward. They also accepted using Gore-Tex. They said silicone was not possible because my skin is thin. I received a plan for Gore-Tex + artificial dermis for the nasal tip, and they said they would make it slightly higher than before and pretty, so I was tempted. I did trust the director because of his years of experience, but other clinics all said I would need to use costal cartilage or cartilage to raise it.... I found it questionable, so I requested a second consultation. They said after opening it up, they could use mesh. (That would be decided in the operating room.) As soon as I heard the word mesh, I came right out.. Since I did not use autologous cartilage for my first surgery, I still have my ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so why... mesh?
