I recently went for an eye consultation at AB Plastic Surgery. My eyes are congenitally droopy, so I consulted about incisional ptosis correction together with epicanthoplasty for a clearer impression. Before the consultation, the hospital was clean and had a private atmosphere, so I felt a bit less nervous. The director was very kind, carefully examined the condition of my eyes, and clearly explained the surgeries I needed and the parts I did not need to do. They did not push anything excessive, so I trusted them, and for ptosis correction, they suggested a customized plan considering my eye-opening strength. For epicanthoplasty too, they discussed the design direction mainly around a natural line, so I felt reassured. There is some difference between my two eye shapes, and I was satisfied that they even caught that asymmetry and suggested a correction direction. The consultation was relaxed enough that it did not feel too short, and they answered all my questions sincerely. They also explained scarring and swelling after surgery in advance, so I was able to have realistic expectations. Considering the consultation quality and surgical experience, I also had a strong sense of trust in their skill. Especially since they have many eye revision surgery cases, I strongly felt that they approached things in detail. I only had a consultation, but my overall impression was that they were meticulous and genuinely attentive, and I would recommend that people who are seriously considering eye surgery try getting a consultation there once. I plan to decide after comparing with other hospitals too, but AB is definitely on my shortlist!
