Anyone who removed silicone and lowered the septum~ If you just lower the septum, does the foreign-body sensation and stiffness reduce a bit too? I know it probably won’t disappear completely, but I’m curious whether just lowering it makes the feeling a little more comfortable. After silicone removal, I roughly Photoshopped how I might look in photos, and the front view definitely looks younger haha. Now that I’ve made up my mind, I want to remove it quickly.
