The top is before The bottom is after It’s now day 14 after bulbous nose surgery. I had surgery at ㅇㅈ. Before surgery, I asked the director for nothing else, just to make it slim, definitely slim. So I had crooked nose correction, osteotomy on both sides, septal extension, ear cartilage, 5 mm silicone, nostril reduction, cartilage tying, hump shaving, everything. They said they would make my nose like a man’s nose, a straight projected nose, and make it pretty. But now it’s been 14 days and my nostril wings ..... I’m seriously going crazy. It doesn’t even look like I had surgery, and even though I had crooked nose correction, it seems more crooked, the same as before, nobody notices, what on earth am I supposed to do? And the nose shape from the side looks sunken in the middle with the nasal tip lifted?? It looks like a beoseon-shaped curveㅜㅜ Every day I’m angry and feel like I’m going crazy, like I could die... It really seems like a lot of swelling has gone down, but I don’t think it’s swelling. I asked them to remove a lot of fat from the nasal tip too, but it feels like none of the fat was removed.... The fatty bulges are still sticking out, bumpy as they were... If I tell them this, will they remove the fat again? And where, how, and to whom should I say it?ㅜㅜ What should I do!! What I’m curious about is.... 1. How can it be improved... 2. I had it done in Gangnam ㅇㅈ, and they said it would definitely turn out well.. but now it’s like this ㅜㅜ Will they do revision surgery again for free... 3. I want some advice on what I should do.
