This time I had surgery for hump removal + osteotomy + septum + correction of a crooked nose. Before surgery, the director said that even after removing the hump, a slight hump-like contour might remain. But are there people who still have some hump-like contour left even after hump surgery? My nasal bridge was naturally on the higher side, so I did not put in silicone. So I asked whether raising the nasal tip more would work, and they said that in my current state, the nasal tip cannot be raised any further... But right now my nasal tip is not that high, you know? According to the director, the surgery went really well, and there are only a few people who could operate like this... Since I decided on surgery because of the hump, I feel it would be a waste of money if the hump comes back again, so I’m leaving this post. Everyone, what do you think? I’m hoping my nasal tip could be made longer, but the director says it cannot be lengthened any more, so I’m worried
