Everything just seems ordinary overall. It was the first place I went for a consultation after deciding on rhinoplasty, so if I went again now, I might feel differently, but based on how I felt then, I was a bit taken aback because they recommended autologous costal cartilage for a primary surgery. Personally, I pursue a natural look, and autologous costal cartilage feels a bit burdensome, so I don’t think I’ll get surgery there.
