I think the consultation wait took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and neither the consultant nor the director was particularly kind. It didn’t seem like they explained things in detail, and when I asked the consultant questions, the answers weren’t very sincere. The director felt cold, so I’m debating because I’m worried about what it would be like if a problem comes up after surgery later.
