I had a consultation with the head director. If you don't prepare questions, the consultation ends very quickly. It was the first time I was recommended only ear cartilage, but the explanation of the surgical method was too insufficient. Since I'm only doing the nasal tip, they said they would put in dermis, so I already know to some extent that it will be absorbed and I'm also taking into account that a step-off may form. But when I asked about things like this, they spoke in a way that was like, "I should take care of that," so I don't think their way of speaking suits me. Even when I ask questions, they ask questions back, and the way they speak seems to make the other person feel intimidated.
