I heard autologous costal cartilage is good for improving a drooping nasal tip. Is it worth doing with autologous costal cartilage? I think I saw that if you use autologous costal cartilage, you need general anesthesia. For everyone here who has had autologous costal cartilage, how was it? I’m going for consultations at ㅂㄹㅇ and ㅁㅇㄷ, and since I’ve already had my nose done and it’s drooping now, I do think I’ll probably need to use rib cartilage. But I wonder how donated rib cartilage would be... I did see posts saying it gets absorbed, but it doesn’t seem like that happens to everyone. For now, once I have the consultations, I guess the answer will be decided, right?

와벌 It seems like rib cartilage isn’t necessarily the only answer. When I went for a consultation and listened, they said it could be improved enough with septal cartilage too.
