Dr. Kim Jae-in This is my 1-week review after abdominal liposuction + breast fat grafting surgery. I thought implant surgery might feel foreign, and I wanted to go up about one cup size naturally, so I chose stem cell fat grafting surgery. It was nice that I could easily get in touch via KakaoTalk about preoperative precautions or anything I was curious about. The surgery was done under sedation anesthesia, and after it was over, I was able to rest sufficiently before leaving, so I was well enough to go home alone without a guardian. For a few days after surgery, I was very swollen, so it was hard to put on and take off the compression garment, but after receiving follow-up care at week 1, the bruising improved a lot and the severe swelling went down. I feel like my upper breasts have filled out a lot, and I hope the size stays like this.
