It feels like I just had breast surgery in Busan the other day, but I’m already at month 3! As time passes, it definitely feels like they’re truly my own breasts haha Now it’s to the point where my operated breasts feel like they were originally mine!! That’s how much softer they’ve become to the touch, and when I lie down, that sloshing feeling has disappeared. It seems like there is a bit of change in breast size before and after my period. And using a foam roller or fully stretching the muscles around the upper body still seems like it puts strain on my breasts, so I just do enough lymphatic massage to help circulation~ Just in case, I’m being really careful with actions that put force into my chest haha I know I should apply scar ointment well, but I also think the effect of scar laser treatment can’t be ignored.
