Maybe because I went on a weekday afternoon, there were no people and it felt relaxed. Both the consultation manager and the director were kind. It felt like their aesthetic goal matched mine the best. I was grateful that they pinpointed the parts I was concerned about and easily explained how they could be improved. I’m not familiar with rhinoplasty terms, but because they explained things well here, it also helped during consultations at other hospitals.
