The director seems to have a fun and cheerful personality. I liked that he only told me the facts, and he seemed confident. I want to have surgery here, but the way the older consultant speaks makes me feel subtly uncomfortable. She’s the consultant, not the director, right? Excessive judging of my face? It was a bit rude. And I’m concerned that they use Gore-Tex. They say it’s safe, but other hospitals all don’t use it, and I think there’s a reason for that.
