I got revision rhinoplasty, but I never thought there would be this little difference... They said they would raise it only 1 mm more from the 3-4 mm silicone, but during surgery they said my nasal bridge was basically nonexistent, so they raised it to 7 mm... I was internally panicking... I said I hated a long nose, and that instead of the nasal bridge, I wanted the starting point to be low and then rise dramaticallyㅠ... My forehead is low too, so I hate the Avatar lookㅠㅠ I honestly would have been fine with a really low nasal bridge, and I wanted the nasal tip raised a lot (a low-angle triangular nose), but only the bridge got just slightly higher and it is basically the same (a right-angle nose lol)... I said I didn’t like the shape of my first nose, had a consultation before surgery about the shape I wanted, and because I wanted it high I even had autologous costal cartilage harvested... I’m sad... I brought photos of Go Youn-jung and Minji, but (I know myself too) do you really think I expected to look exactly like them... Of course it would be nice if that happened, but since my original nasal tip was bulbous, I just meant I wanted the tip to be more glamorous than now... It just hasn’t changed... Even my family probably won’t notice... Honestly, I didn’t like it from the first day when my face looked crushed, and when the splint came off the nasal tip was so low that I was like, huh? After that I thought I should wait for the swelling, but I’m liking it less and lessㅎ... My nostrils are freaking uneven, and I think my autologous costal cartilage scar is the worst in the world... It was really expensive and the money feels so, so, so, so wasted... But I’m just going to think I’m lucky there are no complications and live with it lol I can’t do a third rhinoplasty... Autologous costal cartilage hurts so much lol ㅠㅠㅠㅠ No, I have to do it... No... I can’t... My natural nose wasn’t even weird, so why only me... Sorry, I’m in my mentally unstable periodㅎ.. With my first nose, I didn’t even do the tip and it had been a long time, so I used to touch it freely like it was just my own nose, but now I have to be careful again for years, so it’s annoying lol... When does the foreign-body sensation in the columella go away...? *Guys... When you have your pre-surgery consultation, strongly!! Say exactly what you want before going in...!!!!!!! I wonder if I was too timid...*

청명 Omg, isn’t 7 mm way too high? ㅜㅜ
뉴뉴핑 [@Cheongmyeong] Rightㅠㅠ... If I had only done the nasal tip, the angle probably would have curved more and I think I would have been satisfiedㅠㅠ... When I got the CT, they said it was 3-4 mm and that they would raise it only 1 mm, but they made it 7 mm, so I was really like, excuse me...? But the strange thing is there’s barely any difference... What is going on~~~
Lalaby You’re not even a man, 7 mm??? It was already 3-4 mm, so why did they raise it that much on their ownㅠㅜㅠ Can’t you talk to them and just replace the silicone? Don’t do it early; if you can hold out, wait until after 6 months!!! It seems like if they mess with it incorrectly as an early correction, the chance of failure gets higher. I heard silicone replacement is often done closed, too.
뉴뉴핑 [@Lalaby] The foreign-body sensation is severe, but I can endure itㅜㅜ... I’m sad because nothing has changedㅠㅠ What I gained is only the foreign-body sensation, uneven nostrils, and scars... They said when they opened my nose, my bridge was low... Still, I said I hated a right-angle nose, so they should have just raised the tipㅠㅠ... It’ll be one month soon, and if there’s no inflammation or complications, I’m about 80% thinking of just living with it... It’s hard to manage again and scary...! The foreign-body sensation right now is seriously too much, though... If after a year the foreign-body sensation doesn’t go away, or it becomes a witch nose, or contracture happens, then I’ll go somewhere else and lower the bridge... I got a review discount here, so I don’t think they’ll do AS. And for real, there’s barely any difference from before, so if I lower it, I feel like my nose might end up worse than before (I think the director isn’t that good at nose surgery... My autologous costal cartilage scar also seems the biggest out of everyone...)
성형한번에성공할래 Insane... But are they even allowed to just do thatㅠ
뉴뉴핑 [@IWantPlasticSurgeryToSucceedInOneGo] If they had just done it the way we discussed in the consultation, I think my satisfaction would have been really highㅜㅜ I cared more about the shape than the scar, but now I’ve lost both
Ji1128 Ugh, they told me not to expect too much because my nose is short too, so I’m worried.. How much did it cost you?? They quoted me 8.5 million..ㅎ..
뉴뉴핑 [@Ji1128] I hated a long nose, but they just made the glabella higher the same way, so I don’t like itㅠㅠ Mine was revision surgery + white-looking nose + bulbous nose + autologous costal cartilage, silicone + alar reduction, so it came out to around 9 million won, but I got a review discount so they reduced itㅠ (I think they’d discount a lot if you reveal your face? I did a partial reveal..!) But even when I take photos, there’s no before-and-after difference and I don’t like it, yet I have to write the review lol Because I signedㅠㅠ They calculated everything separately, but they didn’t even do the alar reduction, the nasal bridge whiteness was corrected, but the columella is crookedㅜㅜ If it’s revision with autologous costal cartilage, the cost does tend to be around that muchㅠㅠ If it had been 8.5 million this time I think I would have hesitated, but they say it gets more expensive the more you revise, so I wonder if it’ll cost even more next time^^... Since you’re doing it anyway, I think it’s better to find a director with solid experience + lots of nose reviews + good aesthetic sense, even if the price is a bit high... If you don’t like it, it could cost more money, right? Above all, I think the best director is one who clearly sticks to what was discussed in the consultationㅠㅠ!! If you have something you want during surgery, make sure!!! to ask for it before going in! Or say there are things you absolutely, absolutely don’t want to end up like?! Things like thatㅠㅠ I brought photos and said what I wanted, but they seemed busy and so rushed that I wondered, did they really hear me?ㅠ I hope your surgery is a success~!!
Ji1128 [@Nyunyuping] I’m also getting revision surgery, and I’m a bit unsure about the director, but someone I know seems to have had a good result, so I’m thinking about it! ㅠㅠ Thank you so much for explaining everything in detail hehe
쩌1o28 Please tell me where you got it done. I’m also getting revisionㅜ
마티닝 That must be really upsetting. Which hospital did you have it done at??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 30 One-month update after full removal / nose implant removal
- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
