My first surgery was with septal cartilage and silicone, and this time I’m getting autologous costal cartilage + slight osteotomy of my wide, spread-looking nasal bones + columella lowering + FitMe + bulbous nose correction. Ah, I’m so, so nervous about how much it’ll hurt… lol I heard that if you have a lot of upper-body fat, the rib cartilage harvest site hurts a lot too. I’m the type who gains weight in my upper body, so I have a lot of upper-body fat, and they said my rib cartilage is deep… I’m pretty good at tolerating pain, but during my first surgery the pain was so bad I wanted to die, and I’m prepared for it to probably be worse than that, but since I’m also getting osteotomy this time, it’ll hurt tremendously, right…? Ah… I hope this revision is my last one and I never have another revision again…
Lalaby Hmm…ㅠㅜ Since your condition is one where it can’t help but hurt… I think preparing yourself to some extent might actually make you feel more at ease.

솝솝 I wasn’t in pain. Maybe it was because they put me on a pain-control injection~~ I’m on the thinner side.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
