I went for a consultation because I wanted to get fat grafting in the pelvis and buttock area. Since my weight before surgery was on the low side, I was worried, and they said the surgery couldn’t be done because I didn’t have enough fat I asked if it still wouldn’t work even if I gained weight, and they said it would become sunken.
