Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I went for a removal consultation, and honestly I was even thinking about a refund, but when I brought up a refund, we went back and forth. Even to me, a refund seemed a bit forced, so they said if I wanted a refund, the directors would hold a meeting, and if an amount was decided, they would give me that amount. Otherwise, maybe I should do it through insurance. They were thinking about revision surgery. When I said that if a refund wasn’t possible, I would remove it, they said that if I remove it, it will become lower and bumpy. So now I’m conflicted. I’m thinking about touching up my nose again while removing it. I want to make the lengthened nose a bit shorter, and I don’t want to put silicone in again. When I said I don’t like putting silicone in, they said they would use another method. I don’t know what to do.. So if it’s going to be like this, instead of getting only a small refund, I think it may be better to get it recorrected. So I want to correct the lengthened nose and get it recorrected without silicone. But is there no way to make the area that became thin from osteotomy thicker?
