Ugh.. a huge~ bulbous nose.. lol I think my nose surgery turned out pretty and to my liking, so I’m working up the courage to leave a review I had alar reduction together with basic rhinoplasty What do you think? First of all, what I like most is that it doesn’t look too obvious and looks natural.. lol Especially from the front. I’ve seen many cases where people get a lot of alar reduction with bulbous nose surgery and end up with a nose that looks like it’s being pinched with a clothespin.. so I was nervous.. lol Because my nose was round, people tended to see me as heavier and chubbier than my actual weight, so it stressed me out. When I smiled, my nose got even wider After getting nose surgery, my face looks slimmer too, and I really like it? It’s been about 3 months, and I haven’t had side effects or anything particularly difficult, but are there any precautions I still need to take after 3 months, or cases where side effects can appear? I suddenly got curious lol
