I’ve had nose surgery three times. . My current state is septal cartilage. L-shaped silicone. Ear cartilage. . After nose surgery, the columella was pulled out incorrectly, so I developed columellar retraction, my glabella is high, and my nose is upturned. . I went to 13 consultations and had both X-rays and CT scans done. . They could use ear cartilage or costal cartilage to make the nose longer, but since it would be my 4th time, I’m even more scaredㅠㅜ I keep thinking, what if it goes wrong again. . The doctors saying my nose will become more upturned if I remove it are probably right, but still, I’m holding onto a thread of hope that if I keep applying warm compresses and continuously pull it downward, it might go back to how it used to be. . I’m going crazy over whether I should have revision surgery or remove itㅠㅜ I have no desire for a high bridge; I just hope the retracted columella will come down a bitㅠㅡ If I have revision surgery, they’d have to take a lot of ear cartilage, so I’m a bit worried about my earㅠㅡ I don’t want to use costal cartilage because it’s hard. , Are there people whose nasal tip was upturned after short-nose surgery, but after removal, the nasal tip came down? ? ㅠㅡ
