My nostrils are pinched pretty badly and my nose is upturned

I had non-implant lateral osteotomy and medial osteotomy, with ear cartilage used to build a support strut and one layer of ear cartilage stacked on top of it. Right after the nose surgery, even while I was wearing the splint, the left side already had a severely triangular nostril, but when I asked the hospital, they said it could be because of swelling and told me to wait. I kept bringing it up at every follow-up after surgery, but they kept telling me that my nostrils were naturally asymmetrical and that I should wait. But even if a person's nostrils are naturally asymmetrical, they are not usually this bad My original nose was definitely not like this either.. It is day 32 now, so it has just passed one month, and I realized the nostrils are obviously not going to improve, so I looked into it and found that a pinched nose... is supposed to be a difficult nose, right...? They said that after nasal cartilage tying, if you wait one month and then release it, it does not simply go back, and even if you do revision surgery, the marks from that can remain. I wonder if I can still correct this triangular, sharply pinched nostril without an open approach? Thanks to this, I also ended up with an upturned nose as a bonus.. In real life, you can see way more nostril than in the first photo, so it really looks like nothing but nostrils It is similar to the people who get an upturned-nose symptom from contracture, and my nose is lifted as well. My friends also said the nose is lifted, and that yes, it is lifted, but if the swelling goes down it might come down a bit; the bigger problem is that one nostril is raised, so the asymmetry is very visible.
