I’m considering revision surgery.. For my first surgery, I asked for a natural look, but it turned out too flashy.. so I’m considering revision, but there are so few reviews for Gaam ㅠ I heard it’s not done under sedation ㅜㅜ Do they proceed with the surgery while you’re awake, removing the silicone, removing scar tissue, and everything?! The few reviews I’ve seen looked so naturally, harmoniously pretty, so I’m curious about real reviews!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
