Viral? There were a lot of posts that looked like ads, so I went for a consultation. But in the review photos here, I wanted a no-implant nose, yet there seemed to be a bit of a step-off, and it seems like this hospital tends to make the nose longer, so since I'm sensitive about midface length, I decided to pass.. If I were to do it, I think I would absolutely have to use silicone.
