I got stem cell injections. It was a package of 5 sessions in total, and I have had 3 so far. I am getting them to treat scar tissue, but there is still no clear effect. The doctor is fairly kind. I am not sure whether stem cell injections help with scar adhesion, but they say they specialize in stem cells and also have researchers.
