1. Waiting time very long~ ㄴ I understand this part. In a way, a busy clinic = lots of people = maybe they’re good, that formula could apply. Waiting can’t be helped, so..! 2. The consultation manager I consulted with did not have a service mindset ㄴFrom when she used casual speech to the coordinators at the desk, I was like, huh?... Even when dealing with customers, her eyes and tone personally didn’t feel kind. How should I put it, it felt like she was doing a one-sided power struggle by herself. When the conversation paused, she couldn’t even lead it properly, so I wondered why this person is the consultation manager. I went to the clinic because of the director, but the person who put it on my blacklist is that manager! I don’t know which senior she learned from, but her behavior and facial expressions that reveal her limitations make it look like she needs some self-reflection in the mirror. 3. Director consultation was between so-so and good~ About 5-7 minutes? The consultation was around 10 minutes, and he checked whether I had any questions. He looked very busy. 4. Conclusion I decided not to go because I think the consultation manager would be inadequate as a mediator if a problem occurred.
