I had it done without an implant, and they used osteotomy, septal cartilage + ear cartilage! At first my nose was stiff, but now it feels soft when I touch it and is as comfortable as my own nose lolololol I looked into things carefully, so I went all the way from the provinces to Seoul and chose a hospital focused on safety. I also have rhinitis, so I looked for a nose-specialized place! Besides that, I chose a hospital that had operating room CCTV and provided good aftercare, and had surgery there!! I disliked my side profile because of the raised hump, but now it has become smooth and I really like it. For the front view too, I told them before surgery that I hoped it would become narrower, and it came out pretty. I also didn't have much of a columella, but they created one for me lolololol For aftercare, the director personally checks everything, and when I have questions, they carefully check with equipment too, so I'm really, really satisfied!! I think it would be nice if the height comes down a little more over time haha
