The nasal tip has also softened a lot, and I’m very satisfied haha
The surgery I had was nasal tip surgery, hump nose correction, bulbous nose surgery, and columellar retraction correction. It was an open approach, using autologous cartilage (ear cartilage), and the clinic can be seen by checking the clinic information under the title.
I didn’t have much swelling after nose surgery (I only had bruising on the nasal bridge), but I think there is still some slight residual swelling. I went back to the clinic for my one-month follow-up, and they also said my progress was good. The area that was opened and sutured is healing well without any problems! It is still red, but since I keep applying scar ointment, it seems to be improving. There was no nostril asymmetry or crooked nose either, and it really feels like it is settling in like my own nose haha. I’m still being careful when washing my face or applying lotion haha The clinic itself pursues a natural look, so rather than wanting a dramatic nose, I did it with the hope that my bulbous nose and nasal line, which I didn’t like, would improve naturally without looking obvious, and that my nasal line would become prettier. I’m really satisfied. After surgery, I was worried because the hump area felt slightly uneven and bumpy, but as the bruising and swelling went down, the line slowly improved. I was worried my nose might get lower once the swelling went down, but now I don’t know why I even worried about that lol. I hope the remaining slight swelling goes down soon. I like the nasal bridge line too, and even my parents said it was a good decision because it became prettier without looking obvious and changed my overall vibe. haha The only thing I regret is why I didn’t do it sooner lol. Every time I take photos, I’m so satisfied with my side profile haha
