I had a severely bulbous nose. So I had a strong complex about it. My nostrils were also very large.. So through an open approach, alar base reduction + ear cartilage + septal cartilage These cartilages were used only for (the nasal tip + I had a slight hump, but instead of shaving it down, connecting it with the tip of the nose). But now, pretty nose or whatever, I want to remove everything... But after reading a post by Maybe, who is well known for removal (honestly.. if I had read this post back then, would I have had rhinoplasty?) they said not to remove unless it’s for reasons like fairly significant inflammation, a serious shape problem, etc... I’m having a mental breakdown. Are there people like me who removed nasal tip grafts? If someone who had a bulbous nose removes them, will scar tissue fill in and make the nose become really much bigger? Every single day is so hard.. Please help me.
