Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Revision nose surgery, day 8.

After the first surgery using silicone, Medpor, and Alloderm three years later, due to two or three inflammatory reactions, I had the silicone removed with a closed approach while leaving the tip in place, and had revision surgery at the 5-month mark. The existing tip was left as it was, and to correct the upturned appearance, one layer of ear cartilage was added, and the bridge was lowered by about 2.5, to just over 3 mm. The nose tip looks too big. It’s day 8, and the nostrils look droopy and much bigger than before. The swelling will go down, right? For those who have had revision surgery, please let me know how long the swelling lasted and whether your nose tip got bigger. The nose is long and the lower part looks like a clown nose ㅠㅠ
