I had a large bulbous nose and a hump, and it was a total mess, so I did think it would be difficult, but when I went for a consultation, I really needed every surgery that could be done on the nose. I used autologous costal cartilage. Still, the director spoke calmly and confidently, so I went ahead with the surgery, and I’m very satisfied. The swelling at the nasal tip hasn’t fully gone down yet, so the frontal-view improvement isn’t complete, but I’m satisfied enough even with the way it is now, and more than anything, after escaping the bulbous nose, the improvement in my image is clear, so I like it. I’m satisfied enough that I would recommend it even if a family member said they were getting nose surgery.
