I had a consultation for my first surgery and got the price quote. Functionally, I honestly didn’t feel any personal discomfort, so I went without signing up for indemnity insurance, but it turned out to be a place that does functional + cosmetic surgery? They said my nasal septum is deviated, and since the price is the same whether they correct it or not, they recommended functional cosmetic rhinoplasty. With ear cartilage + septal cartilage + a little silicone on the nasal bridge, after a discount it’s 3.5 million won. Is this price really okay for a first surgery??? I got an acquaintance discount, but the functional part stayed at 1.5 million won (they said they can’t adjust the functional price because of the insurance company), and they set the cosmetic part at 2 million won. It’s a shame I can’t get indemnity insurance coverage..ㅜ But I already had the consultation, so if I were to sign up now, I’d have to postpone the surgery by more than 6 months.. If everyone here thinks it’s a reasonable price, I’m just going to do it..
녕뇽 Why are you trying to do functional rhinoplasty if there’s no functional problem? There are plenty of other places that do pretty cosmetic rhinoplasty too. Go look at the No. 1 popular post, the one about functional rhinoplasty.

녕뇽 [@CucumberCook] I was like that too. I didn’t have any major problem breathing, but on the CT it was really blocked, so they were almost half-forcing me, saying I needed functional surgery. So I went to two more hospitals, and they did say it wasn’t a severe degree of septal deviation.. Anyway, since I used septal cartilage for cosmetic rhinoplasty, they said they harvested and used the problematic part. Also, cosmetically, they had to correct my crooked nose too, so they said they had no choice but to straighten the nasal septum. In the end, I guess it’s kind of the same thing.
