I had been thinking about it for a long time and finally got fat grafting, and it has already been 1 year ^^ I had it done last September. Time really seems to fly. [5-6 months] There is no major change in the face. After 6 months passed, I had one more retouch ^^ The place I went to was not one of those awful hospitals that freeze-store the fat and then do retouches up to the 5th or 6th round! It was a place that extracts new fat and performs the surgery^-^ Oh, and!! What was really good was- they do not perform more than one surgery case per day. For example, if surgeries for 3-4 people are scheduled by time in one day, for the 3rd or 4th person, or in severe cases even from the 2nd person, the doctor’s concentration will definitely have dropped a lot when operating! ! You must take that into account^^ Even when we study, after about 2-3 hours, our concentration drops a lot, right??. I think that for fat grafting surgery, technique + aesthetic standards + concentration are absolutely, absolutely necessary~ Actually, in my case, the fat grafted during the first surgery did not disappear somewhere to the extent that a second surgery was required.ㅎㅎ Those who had fat grafting surgery!! Please be patient and wait!! As time passes, it will naturally settle and become pretty. It will vary depending on the person, but.. in my case, I think my face still felt a little swollen until about one month. From after one month, it gradually becomes more natural. At around two months, it is just right!!! After surgery, people around me did not say I got prettier, but that I became a completely different person..ㅋㅋ I will give you a TIP ★★ It is important! When fat is extracted from our body, oil or debris and things like that are mixed in with the fat. The separation process has to be done precisely so that only pure fat is harvested and then injected into the face, you know?? But the way that is done differs completely from hospital to hospital. There are hospitals that just put in something like tissue?? and roughly let the tissue absorb the oil floating on top, then inject the fat underneath with a syringe (which would be fat with a lot of oil or debris).. And the equipment used to inject it, should I call it that?? Every hospital has completely different equipment too. Apparently there are things like genuine products or genuine-product-style equipment~ There is a big price difference, so they say quite a few hospitals use the style-version. So hospitals like this, for example.. They are the kind of hospitals that offer retouching up to the 3rd, 4th, or 5th round. A surgery where everything disappears within a month(?) A surgery that can look pretty for only one month?? Since they inject that kind of fat mixed with a lot of oil each time, it will not take and will keep disappearing. Technique is important too. An aesthetic eye is important too. What I was most worried about was that it would not take and would keep disappearing, wasting money..?? Or that they would inject fat into my cheeks or forehead until it looked like it would burst, making it look too obvious that I had surgery. Those were the two things. And hospitals that say they will freeze-store it and do retouching should absolutely, absolutely be avoided.!! 100% of it disappears. Even if healthy fat is harvested and immediately injected on the day of surgery, the survival rate is not 100%, so what would frozen-stored fat be like..ㅎㅎ If I had to compare it, should I call it grandmother-grandfather fat..? There is a friend around me too who suddenly became pretty and then, one week later, went right back to square one. It must have been nice for one week, but.. Spending a lot of money on something with an expiration date of one week to one month is such a waste. Places that perform surgery like that really make me want to smash the buildingㅎㅎ I hope this helps a lot with fat grafting ^^ Oh, and after fat grafting, you must not lose weight for a while!! ♥ I am adding more TIPS!! ♥ This was written directly by the doctor at the hospital where I had surgery^^ To reduce absorption of fat grafted into the patient and increase the fat survival rate, living fat cells must be harvested and purified, a good cannula that allows injection without damaging the living fat cells during transplantation must be used, and delicate technique is essential so that the injected fat tissue can take well by injecting tiny amounts of fat at a time in multiple directions and depths. It is said that there is no surgery whose result is determined as much by the doctor’s technique and aesthetic eye as the procedure of fat grafting. For fat grafting, fat should be harvested and purified using equipment that integrates both suction functionality that can harvest fat while minimizing destruction of fat cells and a centrifuge function that can precisely purify fat aseptically. This equipment is [Lipokit], and it plays an essential role in suctioning and purifying fat without destroying fat cells. If fat is suctioned too forcefully, the cells break and ultimately become dead cells. Also, when fat tissue containing many of these dead cells is injected using a poor cannula, the fat cells are further destroyed, and if the technique of the doctor performing the graft has problems, immediately after grafting, the volume appears increased, but as early as within one week to one month, almost all of the grafted tissue is absorbed, and the appearance returns to the preoperative state. When this happens, the patient becomes disappointed and suffers because repeated procedures become necessary. ★ POINT!! The most important point when doing fat grafting is that living cells must be harvested and inserted while still alive.★ Two important things in minimizing cell destruction during the fat grafting process are the cannula used for fat grafting and the doctor’s fat grafting technique. The difference between a genuine cannula and a copy cannula is the difference in the angle of the inner tip of the tube, up to the injection hole at the cannula tip, which minimizes pressure applied to the fat cells. A genuine cannula is designed to inject cells smoothly, while a copy cannula injects after the cells hit against it, so many cells are destroyed during the injection process. Therefore, if a poor cannula is used, the survival rate will naturally drop. Also, fat grafting technique is the most important factor in increasing the survival rate of fat cells. In other words, the smallest possible amount must be injected with one cannula movement (micro-fat grafting technique), and structural fat grafting must be performed from multiple directions and at multiple depths (three-dimensional fat grafting technique) for the survival rate of the grafted fat to increase. This fat grafting technique could be called three-dimensional micro-fat grafting. Because the likelihood of fat cell survival is lower than when grafting fat into multiple layers, fat must be grafted layer by layer from multiple directions, stacked carefully, to increase the survival rate. To use this technique freely requires a lot of training and experience. And one very important factor that affects the surgical result is the doctor’s aesthetic sense. Even if the fat is injected very well and the survival rate is increased, if the surgical result is not the appearance the patient wants, then that procedure becomes a failure. Developing this kind of aesthetic sense also requires a lot of experience, research, and study.
